I wanted to share our amazing experience at Renaissance Bali Nusa Dua Resort. Our recent stay was simply wonderful, and I can't thank you and your team enough for providing us with such a memorable visit. From the moment we checked in, we felt welcomed and valued. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with any request made during our stay even more special. The pools, spa, restaurant, kids area, including the rooms were very luxurious and modern. The staff were always attentive and ready to assist with a smile. We especially appreciated a beautiful decoration with red rose petals done in our room on our request at a very short notice organised by the Hotel, which added a unique touch to our vacation. It truly exceeded our expectations and made our time at the hotel unforgettable. All the staff at the Reception, Backstage, Lava Land, Bell boys, room assistants in your hotel are wonderful, however, I would like to highly commend few of your outstanding staff members, Dy, Wulan, Sri, Andrew, Meyla, Listi and Mang Ade. During our recent stay at your Resort, they all went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic experience, and their dedication deserves special recognition. They were always helpful and quick to respond to our requests, demonstrating exceptional professionalism and a friendly attitude. Their beautiful smile, hospitality and attention to detail made us feel valued and welcome. They all played a significant role in making our stay enjoyable, and we truly appreciated their efforts. They all are a tremendous asset to your hotel, and we wanted to bring their excellent service to your attention. Please extend our gratitude to them for making our stay memorable. I want to thank the entire hotel staff for an unforgettable vacation! We initially planned to stay at the hotel for 10 days and then travel to different areas, but we liked it so much that we ended up staying at the hotel for a total of 3 weeks! And it was the right decision! We especially want to thank Mr. Vovan for the first-class service! Hospitality and attentiveness to our wishes were fulfilled by 101%! His exceptional commitment truly made our stay extraordinary. Thanks to assistant Lolita for her help throughout the vacation! Her kindness and efficiency ensured our experience was seamless and enjoyable. We've been to many places, but we've never seen such quality service anywhere else! The dedication and professionalism of the staff were second to none. Thanks to the beach men, especially Devi, for their attentiveness to guests! Their vigilance and warmth added to the comfort and enjoyment of our days by the sea. Thanks to the entire team working in the restaurant! We felt like we were part of a big family! The food was always superb, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Thanks to Nanik and Juan for the high-quality service at breakfast! Despite the high workload, the whole team worked amazingly fast! Mornings were always a joy thanks to their care and attention. Thanks to the pool bar team! Especially would like to highlight Yandi! Their creativity and energy made our poolside moments special. Thanks to trainer Yurip for cool yoga and Pilates workouts! His expertise and enthusiasm made our fitness sessions both fun and rewarding. We will definitely come back!

- Hospitality, the staff are so well trained and so accompanying! We felt as if we met lots of friends during our stay there. A big shout out to Dy, Yuni, and Cintya for taking care of us during our stay❣️ - The food is to die for! The food is reasonably priced given the fact that it's in a hotel. They offer a wide range of food that suits people from different countries. You can find bites and drinks at the beach too. They have the best hotel chef - Artawa at the backstage. They showed high standards in food safety and food quality, which made me feel very safe eating there. The servers were great and attentive, thanks to Intan! - the hotel is relatively new, it was opened in 2021 and the facilities are well maintained. The pool isn't big, but it can get crowded in the afternoon. However, it closes at 9 pm, which gave us enough time to swim and relax. - Kids club, is the best! They open 8am-8pm and provide a good amount of activities everyday to keep the children busy. I felt safe leaving my child at the kids club with the staff members. - flexible check in and check out time.

Staffs were proactive on 2 occasions when I experienced items misplaced and communication was a breeze with the Watsapp application. Thankful that the items were returned to me safely. They were attentive to our needs & requests, including my kid. Activities in the kid's club were engaging and my little one enjoyed it very much. Breakfast spread is awesome with lots of choices to pick from. I personally like the freshly made masala dosa and pancake. Not sure if I have seen miso soup but I certainly liked the soto ayam soup with spinach noodles. Buggy service to the Spa is a great plus. The blue pea kombucha in purple is an unique refreshing welcome drink that my family remembers. Service staffs at the restaurants were polite and patient to explain the ingredients of the dishes that were new to us. Overall, it's been a great stay and thanks to all the service staffs!

It is a beautiful resort, however check in and drink service is slow. Loved the lap pool, felt like we nearly always had it to ourselves. Favourite staff member was Unita. very hard working and great to talk to, perhaps another bartender would help in that particular bar. Breakfast was fantastic, I recommend you sit in the air conditioned restaurant, you can still enjoy food from both. Floors in the rooms could be kept a bit cleaner, they were a bit grimy and slippery and when I wiped over them, my cloth was very dirty. We had our own driver and hotel staff were not very polite to him. Overall a wonderful stay, loved the freestanding bath and the friendliness of most of the staff.
